Frequently Ask Questions
Please keep us up to date with any changes to your contact information, especially if you move house, so that we may update it in our system. If you now have different trash cans that came with the new house, and they are not the ones that we have been regularly maintaining for you, then there will be a $10 surcharge per can for their first clean.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds if you move outside of our service area, but you are welcome to give any remaining cleans left in your account to a friend or neighbor; just give us their information and we’ll take care of the rest.
Congratulations on your new home!
Unfortunately we cannot clean the cans if there is lose trash inside them, but don’t worry we will always reschedule you at no extra charge if this happens. We don’t mind removing one tied-up bag of trash and we will return it there afterwards.
This is usually because your Driver was unable to complete your clean because your bins were full, not visible/accessible or he was unable to gain access. Unfortunately our software does not currently offer the Driver a way to notify you of this but they are working on an update. It does allow him to notify the Office, who will then contact you with a reschedule date.
All quarterly services are for a minimum of two visits. If you choose to cancel after only one visit you will be charged the difference to the value of a one time clean.
Easter – Good Friday and Easter Saturday.
Independence Day – July 4th and July 5th.
Thanksgiving – Thursday and Friday
Christmas – December 24th – January 2nd.
You will receive a notification via email and text as soon as your Driver has completed your clean.
No, just make sure they are visible and accessible – we will return them there afterwards.
You don’t have to, we send reminders to all our clients the day before we show up.
We recommend cleaning your bins at least every 2 weeks for the cleanest possible bins.
Because cleaning them yourself is not as effective as when we use our powerful system. Manual cleaning only scratches the surface and doesn’t get rid of germs, but our solution cleans, deodorizes and sanitizes your bins getting rid of 99.9% of germs, bacteria and diseases that breed in your bins, such as Tubercolosis, Strep, Staph, E-Coli, Salmonella and Listeria commonly found in bins. our detergents are biodegradable and don’t hurt the environment like household cleaners.
